Overview
The Information Technology and Web-Based Systems Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton oversees the design, operation, and continuous improvement of web-based systems and digital platforms. The role supports supplier bidding, contract administration, education, outreach, and program oversight, providing managerial leadership at the intersection of information technology, Medicare policy, and large-scale federal contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve eCommerce and client-facing web platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance knowledge-based systems.
- Collaborate with policy, legal, and compliance teams.
- Ensure system functionality aligns with user and program requirements.
- Support audit readiness, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in managerial oversight of web platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with eCommerce, supplier portals, and digital platforms.
- Understanding of Medicare statutes, regulations, and supplier enrollment.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting federal programs and healthcare contracts.
- Experience in highly regulated environments requiring coordination across teams.

Work Model
