The Human Resources Function Specialist Lead partners with leaders to guide employee performance, manage behavior, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks. This role involves advising business leaders on performance issues and recommending strategies to enhance workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Security Services, Legal, Ethics, and Investigations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and propose improvements.
  • Drive process optimization and champion innovative HR solutions.
  • Facilitate complex HR investigations including mediation and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of workplace issues.

Basic and Additional Qualifications

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in independently managing challenging employee performance situations. Experience in technology or government sectors is essential. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR is required, and certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected salary range is approximately 99000 to 225000 USD annually.
