Everyone is trying to harness the power of the cloud, but not everyone knows how. At Booz Allen Hamilton, you will work with a team of experts using cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms to modernize IT infrastructure for challenging missions in the healthcare space.

Role Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with architects and fellow engineers to build and deliver automated, reliable, and transparent solution components. Working within a DevOps framework, you will support container apps, leverage Kubernetes, and experiment within our internal Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP labs.

• Build and manage scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Implement automation and observability for improved efficiency.
• Contribute to modernizing legacy systems.
• Collaborate across teams to meet client needs.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and network architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience in cloud automation, observability, and monitoring.
• Knowledge on security, network architecture, and compliance.
• Public Trust clearance requirement.
• Associate’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps practices such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in healthcare or public health domain.
• Amazon or Azure Cloud Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
