All-Source Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst to transform vast amounts of data into actionable intelligence for government and military clients. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, familiarity with foreign military and political issues, and intelligence tradecraft standards. You will play a critical part in helping our nation's leaders understand and navigate complex threats and opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will review classified and unclassified intelligence streams daily to develop assessments within your regional or topical portfolios. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing specific intelligence products through self-initiated requests and proposals.
• Coordinating with analysts both within Booz Allen Hamilton and across the broader intelligence community (IC).
• Briefing warfighters, senior policymakers, and IC members on key analytic lines.
• Continuously honing your skills and growing professionally through mentoring and training resources provided by Booz Allen Hamilton.

Qualifications You Have

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of military, security, and political issues.
• Proficiency in using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal/informal briefings.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and a willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
• A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of analysis experience, or 7+ years of analysis experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
• Background in data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience in threat finance analysis, transnational organized crime, or counter drug analysis.
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
• Knowledge of the Central American or South American Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Clearance Requirements

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active TS/SCI clearance is required. Willingness to take a polygraph exam is also necessary.

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD), reflecting various factors like location, education, skills, and experience.
