Overview

As an Acquisition Contracts Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will utilize your 8+ years of DoD contracts and acquisitions experience to research, develop, and support complex IT services contracts. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, guiding defense telecommunications efforts and supporting national defense strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare complete acquisition packages and review contract documentation
  • Issue solicitations and perform cost/price analysis
  • Monitor contracts and perform post-award contract administration
  • Analyze and evaluate complex contracts under FAR, DFARS, and DAU guidelines
  • Advise on DoD procurement strategies and source selection procedures

Requirements

  • 8+ years working with DoD contracts and acquisitions
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DAU Provision Clause Matrix
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent significant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with classified procurements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CPCM, DAWIA, or DoD Contracting Professional Certification
