About the Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Boostlingo, you will design intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for next-generation AI-enabled products. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to shape AI-powered workflows and user journeys that are human-centered.

Responsibilities

  • User-Centered Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and translate data into design improvements.
  • UX Strategy & Information Architecture: Develop wireframes, user flows, site maps, and document design processes.
  • UI Design & Visual Systems: Create accessible interfaces, design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • AI Product Experience Design: Design explainable AI features, micro-interactions, and feedback loops for trustworthy experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work with executives, product managers, and engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and quality execution.
  • Iteration & Testing: Plan A/B tests, usability studies, and refine designs based on data and user feedback.
  • Leadership: Act as design authority and mentor, influencing product strategy and embedding design thinking across the company.

  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with SaaS/B2B platforms.
  • Experience in designing AI-enabled workflows and accessible interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio with skills in research, interaction, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Curious, empathetic, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
