Job Overview

You are a leader who thrives on both personal achievement and team success. As a Sales Development Representative Team Leader at Booksy, you will drive your own pipeline and results as an SDR while managing and coaching a small team of 2–3 SDRs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development (Individual Contributor):

  • Follow up on inbound inquiries to qualify leads.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Reactivate lapsed customers with tailored outreach.
  • Manage and report pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed a reduced monthly target.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

  • Lead a pod of 2–3 SDRs with day-to-day support.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and call coaching sessions.
  • Motivate the team to hit and exceed KPIs.
  • Provide structured onboarding and training.
  • Serve as the first escalation point.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Align with sales and marketing teams on strategy.
  • Provide updates on campaign results and lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking.

Strong experience in SDR roles with proven target success, excellent leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Exceptional communication and coaching abilities are key.
