Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for governance and project management initiatives within the department at Booking.com. The role involves partnering with various teams to document project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables.

This role ensures that projects are managed consistently while engaging with business units, central functions, and even external vendors when required. The position focuses on mitigating risks, handling dependencies, and ensuring progress towards project milestones.

Job Description

• Apply structured methodology to lead project and change management activities.
• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Lead low/medium complexity projects with global impact and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize change management tools to support strategy and adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders including business unit partners and corporate support teams.
• Document project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Track, report progress and ensure proper project closure.
• Interact with various stakeholders up to Director level.
