Organizational Transformation Coach

Overview

The Organizational Transformation Coach will lead the execution of the agile transformation roadmap within a specific department at Booking.com. This role involves coaching and mentoring senior leadership, upskilling Agile Coaches, and driving long-term operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the agile transformation roadmap.
• Deliver high-impact training modules for executive leadership.
• Facilitate sessions to align executive decision-making with agile principles.
• Upskill and mentor Agile Coaches for sustained performance.
• Provide strategic coaching and just-in-time training to C-level and ELT members.
• Partner with Change Managers to resolve departmental blockers.
• Guide senior leadership in agile quarterly and annual planning and OKR alignment.
• Facilitate leadership offsites, workshops, and systemic design activities.
• Advise on new governance, funding, and operating models for lean delivery.
• Create metrics and feedback loops to measure transformation progress.

Requirements & Special Knowledge

• 12+ years of experience in executive coaching and transformation.
• Expertise in agile values, lean portfolio management, and cultural transformation.
• Deep understanding of agile and lean principles, complexity thinking, and systems design.
• Experience with frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels.
• Skilled in portfolio planning, value stream mapping, and organizational design.
• Exceptional facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background in Product, Engineering, or Organizational Design is advantageous.
