Job Description

About Booking.com

At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We’re the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you encounter. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the memories you make. Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.

Role Overview: Data Analytics

ABU Revenue Management Data powers one of Booking.com’s core growth engines: improving accommodation partner performance to drive platform revenue. We build and maintain the data foundations, metrics, and tools that enable Revenue Management and Local Partner Services (LPS) to identify pricing, supply, and sales opportunities—and act on them at scale for 1,500+ users worldwide.

Accommodations sits at the heart of Booking.com’s business. In a highly competitive global marketplace where pricing precision and supply availability are critical, the Revenue Management organization in Commercial Growth & Operations (CoGO) defines strategies to unlock incremental revenue for partners and the company. Our team translates these strategies into scalable data products—dashboards, metrics, and tooling that support commercial execution from global chains down to individual partners.

We operate in a complex stakeholder ecosystem spanning Pricing, Supply, Commercial Steering, Product, LPS Development, Change & Implementation, and upstream data producers. Our work bridges strategy and execution: shaping requirements, building and modernizing data assets, piloting new solutions (including AI-powered reporting), rolling out global tools, and iterating based on real user feedback across markets.

Associate Data Analysts support the business by delivering and maintaining reports and uncovering data insights to defined business problems. They are expected to collect, prepare and analyze data with limited guidance, and select effective visualizations to convey business insights through reports or dashboards when applicable.
