Overview

The Associate Engineer - Intelligent Automation at Booking Holdings is a dynamic role within our newly founded Center of Excellence (CoE). You will help meet increasing demand from the business, support our growing portfolio of automation, and make an impact across every business area at Booking.com.

Responsibilities

  • Improve efficiencies and accountability across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with a compassionate mindset.
  • Continuously improve work quality while solving real world problems through technology.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in automation including Python, RPA, and GenAI.
  • Must have a university background in CS, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Proficient in core Python libraries (pandas, NumPy, sklearn).
  • Hands-on experience with AI Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) and ML Ops tools like Airflow.
  • Familiarity with SageMaker, AWS components, NLP techniques, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL, .NET, C#, HTTP APIs and web services in a scrum/agile environment.
