• Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus: When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!

What You'll Do

• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education and partnership
• Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
• Diagnostic management and medication administration
• Emergency triage and response
• Detailed medical record keeping
• Run appointments alongside assistants

You'll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
• Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
• CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
