What are your contributions to the team?
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Bombardier, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial needs assessment and job posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and seamless onboarding.

Designing and executing effective candidate generation strategies will be key to building a robust talent pipeline.
You will also participate in strategic projects focused on talent acquisition, such as employer branding initiatives and process improvements. Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and promoting Bombardier's image will be a continuous focus. Finally, you will analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
How to thrive in this role?
To excel as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment is required, with a proven track record in managing complex and high-volume roles. Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
Experience within the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is highly valued, and prior experience in a unionized environment is a significant asset. You must have successfully managed multiple roles concurrently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. We are looking for a team-oriented, results-driven individual with demonstrated strong influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
A strong client focus and an innovative mindset are crucial. You should possess excellent command of various sourcing techniques and digital tools, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Knowledge of current market trends and recruitment best practices is expected. Additionally, outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
