Bombardier, a global leader in aviation, is seeking an Intern Materials & Processes Engineering Winter 2026 to join their Materials & Processes (M&P) Engineering department. Innovation is in our DNA – is it in yours?

Your Contributions
As an Intern in the Intern Materials & Processes Engineering Winter 2026 role, you will:
- Collaborate with M&P engineers from Core Engineering, Final Assembly Line & Interiors for Global 7500/6500/5500 aircraft.
- Work on short term and long term projects across multiple M&P domains (metallics, composites, coatings, sealants, surface treatments, protective finishes, upholstery, leather, woodworking, interior flammability, etc.).
- Manage environmental regulations and substitute banned substances, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Develop test plans, execute them with internal/external labs, analyze results and draft test reports.
- Maintain project plans, manage risks and present project outcomes to senior specialists and management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team building activities.

During your internship you will build technical knowledge in various Materials & Processes domains, enhance teamwork and communication skills, and gain practical experience in a multinational company.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with material science fundamentals (metallics, polymers, composites, chemical processes).
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive attitude with a clear drive for results.
- Bilingual in written and spoken English and French.

- Location: Marcel-Laurin Plant 1
- Duration: 12 months
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Note: Internship is open to students only; occasional travel outside Canada may be required.
