About The Opportunity: Senior Administration Officer

As a Senior Administration Officer at Bolton Clarke, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dedicated team and providing assistance to residents and their families in the daily operations of a busy aged care home. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity located at Willowdale Aged Care in Denham Court.

With no two days being the same, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of functions, including:

  • Rostering management
  • Admissions processing
  • Front desk and reception duties
  • Comprehensive documentation and record management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

About You

To excel in the Senior Administration Officer role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Proven experience with rostering systems and processes.
  • Previous experience in an administration role, with experience in aged care or healthcare being highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the capability to effectively use and learn various systems, such as quality management systems, databases, and rostering platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with staff, residents, and families.
  • Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A current COVID Vaccination is mandatory for this position.

Please Note: Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
