About Riddell Gardens
Riddell Gardens, located in the leafy suburbs north-west of Melbourne, is in close proximity to natural reserves and parks. Nestled in and around a natural setting abundant with flora and fauna, Riddell Gardens in Sunbury has an atmosphere of traditional country charm.
About The Opportunity
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices to enhance their overall quality of life.
- Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents
- Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies
- Ensure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards
About You
To be successful, you'll need:
- Cert IV in Leisure and Health (essential)
- Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
- Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts

The successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
