About the Role

The Administration Officer - Part Time at Bolton Clarke is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy aged care home at Pemulwuy. You will manage rostering, admissions, reception, documentation/record management and compliance while ensuring a compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Working Hours

This role is part time, working Saturday to Monday from 9am to 5pm.

About You

Candidates should have experience in administration (preferably in aged care or healthcare), strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and other systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A current COVID vaccination and completion of a national police check are mandatory.
