Administration Officer - Part Time
Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Willowdale Aged Care team in Denham Court. This part-time role operates from Wednesday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.

The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you will provide crucial support to the Senior Administration Officer, the aged care team, residents, and their families. This role is dynamic and involves daily operations within a busy aged care home. Key responsibilities include:
- Rostering support
- Admissions processes
- Reception duties
- Documentation and record management
- Compliance tasks
About You
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Experience with rostering.
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (quality management, databases, rostering).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
