About the Role: Operations Specialist
The Operations Specialist will support Bolt Drive (Carsharing) operations across Lithuania. In collaboration with the General Manager and Fleet Manager, your focus will be on streamlining operations, automating processes, and reducing costs while boosting revenue and market share.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead daily and weekly carsharing operations ensuring smooth performance.
- Identify operational and cost efficiencies in 3PL or in-house operations.
- Co-lead expansion and public policy initiatives in Lithuania.
- Plan supply development strategies and monthly action plans.
- Measure, analyze, and improve supply & ride statistics and service quality.
About You
You have 2+ years of experience in operations, mobility, logistics, fleet management or similar fields. You are proactive, analytical, and a strong communicator in both English and Lithuanian. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work alongside senior management and external partners are essential.
