About the Operations Manager Role

At Bolt, our people drive our operations. We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Manager to lead our ride-hailing operations in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a competitive monthly gross salary ranging from 4000€ to 5000€, based on skills and experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to strengthen the driver’s value proposition and grow our supply base.
  • Manage and support the operations team by defining precise local operational processes.
  • Oversee hands-on supply management ensuring optimal driver and fleet partner experiences.
  • Analyze data and monitor supply metrics to maintain marketplace health.
  • Identify local trends, risks and opportunities to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, and Marketing on key initiatives.

About You

  • 5+ years in consulting, business management, or analytical roles.
  • Experience managing complex teams with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Self-driven with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership.
