About The Operations Coordinator Role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our carsharing fleet and daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Coordinate Bolt Drive operations in Berlin
- Manage the team of 12 Vehicle Specialists
- Delegate tasks appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field
- Monitor your team's daily KPIs and performance, and find ways to improve their efficiency
- Resolve Customer Service tickets that have been escalated to the Operations Team
- Manage the relationship with our 3PL cleaning partners and coordinate quality checks from our Vehicle Specialists
- Create and optimize processes – Efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run carsharing operations
About You:
- You are a collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German
- You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.
- You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in managing teams especially frontliners.
