About the Role
The Global Commercial Operations Manager will support Bolt Food’s commercial processes as a key member of the HQ Merchant management team. This role involves delivering end-to-end projects, supporting global Sales, Account Management, and Merchant onboarding processes, and translating complex business problems into clear technical requirements.
- Design and implement processes in Salesforce CRM.
- Create scalable workflows and drive system integrations.
- Manage change and adoption through training and material creation.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze the full Partner Journey to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
About You
Applicants should have 3+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, or Project/Program Management, preferably in digital marketplaces or competitive industries. A proven ability to manage projects from discovery to adoption and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
