About The Fleet Operations Driver Role
As a Fleet Operations Driver at Bolt, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our e-scooters are readily available, charged, and safely distributed across the city. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining city tidiness by managing scooter placement and ensuring a top-notch transport experience for customers. This is a hands-on position requiring shift work and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Driving company vans for collecting and deploying e-scooters or swapping batteries.
- Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly, keeping streets and sidewalks clutter-free.
- Searching for lost e-scooters, assessing their condition, and facilitating their return to the warehouse or making them available in the city.
- Performing minor repairs on the street to enhance fleet availability.
- Assisting the Operations team within the warehouse as needed.
About You
We're looking for a motivated individual who holds an EU B driving license and is proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles. You should be a skilled and trustworthy driver with excellent knowledge of the local area, always prioritizing safety. While previous professional driving experience is a plus, your proactive nature and willingness to take ownership are key. Solid local language skills, experience using smartphones, and familiarity with basic mechanical tools are essential. English language skills are considered an advantage.
