About The Role

As a Fleet Operations Driver, your main responsibility will be to maintain a clutter-free and organized urban environment by distributing Bolt's e-scooters across the city. You'll ensure e-scooters are sufficiently charged, safe to ride, and properly parked. This role also involves rebalancing lost scooters and delivering broken ones to the warehouse for repair. Your dedication to high safety standards is crucial for providing customers with a top-notch transport experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Driving our vans to collect and deploy e-scooters or swap batteries.
• Ensuring e-scooters are parked neatly to keep streets and sidewalks clear.
• Searching for lost e-scooters, checking their condition, and managing their return to the warehouse or making them available in the city.
• Performing minor repairs directly on the street to increase fleet availability.
• Assisting the Operations team in the warehouse whenever required.

About you:

• You hold an EU B driving license and are proficient in operating cars with a manual transmission.
• You are a skilled, trustworthy driver with excellent knowledge of the local area, committed to safe journeys.
• Previous professional driving experience is advantageous but not strictly required.
• You demonstrate a proactive approach and take ownership of challenges through hands-on work.
• You possess solid local language skills and experience using smartphones and basic mechanical tools.
• English language skills are considered an advantage.
