- Drive and coordinate improvement actions — independently prioritise and mitigate issues, leading corrective measures with local and central teams to ensure timely, effective resolutions.
- Provide visibility and insights — consolidate and present regional performance and improvement updates in program and domain discussions, keeping stakeholders at all levels informed.
- Collaborate with and challenge stakeholders — align with local operations and the central product or program teams on priorities, resolve blockers, and constructively challenge assumptions to drive better results.
- Standardise, document, and innovate — maintain clear documentation for automation workflows and troubleshooting, lead or support regional and global improvement projects, and promote proactive problem-solving to enhance automation performance and stability.
About you:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational data processing and/or in understanding and writing process documentation.
- You have a proven track record of delivering tasks on time and in accordance with requirements.
- You have experience working with structured data formats such as JSON to validate product configurations (a plus).
- You demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across operations and product functions.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
