As an Executive Assistant and employee of Boldly, you will provide top-notch administrative support. You have the flexibility to choose clients based on company values and your preferences. These are long-term assignments offering rewarding partnerships and valuable experience across diverse industries. This position is 100% remote with flexible hours and no night or weekend work. Full-time requires 40 hours per week during business hours.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
- Maximizing executive's time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, and collecting information
- Managing multiple email inboxes
- Managing expenses
- Providing customer/supplier support
- Other executive administrative tasks as needed
About You
You possess at least 7 years of experience in a senior administrative support role, specifically as an executive assistant supporting multiple high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation:
