About the Executive Assistant Position
Are you a dynamic, caring and ridiculously talented executive assistant? Boldly Premium Executive Assistants is looking for you! This role supports established Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profits, senior-level executives, and successful business owners.
Role Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Make travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings.
- Maximize executives' time by managing correspondence.
- Handle multiple email inboxes and manage expenses.
- Provide customer and supplier support.
- Perform other executive admin duties as required.
About You
You have at least 7 years of experience in a senior administrative support role. You prioritize flexibility, respect, kindness, and transparency, and excel in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a 100% remote role with a flexible schedule. Part-time employees enjoy W2 employment status, a technology stipend, wellness events, mentoring, and a competitive hourly wage:
- California & New York: $29 per hour
- Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour
- All other locations: $27 per hour
