Overview
Boldly Premium Executive Assistants is seeking a dynamic, caring, and talented Executive Assistant for a 100% remote position. You will support Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and senior executives while building long-term rewarding partnerships across industries.
Role Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences and travel
- Manage travel arrangements including flights and hotels
- Draft correspondence, organize documents, and handle emails
- Manage expenses and support customer/supplier relations
- Perform other executive administrative tasks as needed
About You
You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior administrative role supporting multiple high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. You are tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and excel in communication and time management. An up-to-date LinkedIn profile is required.
Benefits & Compensation
This role offers flexible, remote work with part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) or full-time options. Benefits include a 401k with employer match, paid time off, a technology stipend, wellness events, and continuous mentoring from a Boldly Team Leader. Compensation ranges from $27 to $31 per hour based on location.
