About the Executive Assistant Position
As an Executive Assistant and employee of Boldly, you will provide top-notch administrative support. You will have the unique opportunity to choose clients based on company values and your personal preferences. These are long-term assignments, allowing you to build rewarding partnerships and gain valuable experience across diverse industries. Your work will be 100% remote and flexible, with no night or weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant
- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars efficiently.
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel logistics.
- Making comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings.
- Maximizing executive time through correspondence management, drafting documents, information analysis, and initiating calls.
- Managing multiple email inboxes for executives.
- Overseeing expense management and reporting.
- Providing dedicated customer and supplier support.
- Executing other executive administrative responsibilities as needed.
About You
You bring at least 7 years of direct experience in a senior administrative support role, specifically as an Executive Assistant, in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple high-level executives. Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of direct, hands-on experience in an administrative support position (e.g., Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant). General admin experience within another role is not sufficient.
- Advanced proficiency with online software, including Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Highly organized with superior time management skills.
- A quick learner with new tools and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong writing skills for various professional contexts.
- Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A solution-driven mindset.

Compensation
The hourly pay range is $27-$31, with starting pay based on location:
- California & New York: $29 per hour
- Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour
- All other locations: $27 per hour
