About the Executive Assistant Position at Boldly

As an Executive Assistant and employee of Boldly, you will play the pivotal role of providing top-notch administrative support to established Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, senior-level executives, and successful business owners. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity with flexible hours during regular business hours, allowing you to create rewarding long-term partnerships with clients chosen based on your preferences and organizational values.

Your Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant

  • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars efficiently.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Making comprehensive travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
  • Maximizing executives' time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, analyzing information, and initiating calls.
  • Managing multiple email inboxes for executives, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handling expense reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Providing dedicated customer and supplier support as needed.
  • Performing various other executive administrative responsibilities as required.

About You

You are a dynamic, caring, and highly talented professional with a minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience in a senior administrative support position, such as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant. You thrive in fast-paced environments, supporting multiple high-level executives, and your priority is a fully remote company that champions flexibility, respect, kindness, and transparency. You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed. Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience in an administrative support position (general admin experience as part of another role will not qualify).
  • Advanced knowledge of online software including Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to multitask with ease and effectively prioritize work under pressure.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems rapidly.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong writing skills for drafting professional correspondence and documents.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated solution-driven mindset in tackling challenges.

Compensation

The pay range for this Executive Assistant position is $27-$31 per hour, with specific starting rates varying by location. For example, California and New York receive $29 per hour, Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, and Massachusetts receive $28 per hour, and all other locations are $27 per hour.
