About the Position
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support a client, a large venture capital firm. You will collaborate with other Boldly team members to provide executive assistance, with a heavy focus on scheduling and calendar management. Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. This is a fully remote, flexible 40-hour week role with no night or weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Executive Assistance/ General Admin: Manage calendars for multiple executives, schedule external meetings across time zones, and make travel arrangements if needed. Assist with other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writing skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure; solution-driven.
- Up-to-date LinkedIn profile is required.

Compensation
The pay range is $27-$31 per hour. Specific starting rates depend on location: California & New York: $29/hour. Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28/hour. All other locations: $27/hour.
