Boldly is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide long-term, remote support to senior leaders within the finance industry. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior-level executives, often within established Fortune 500 companies. Your work will be entirely remote and flexible during standard business hours, ensuring no night or weekend commitments.
Key Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Finance Industry:
- Strategically managing complex calendars for senior executives.
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and coordinating all travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Maximizing executive efficiency by managing correspondence, drafting documents, analyzing information, and initiating calls on their behalf.
- Overseeing multiple executive email inboxes.
- Managing expenses and providing essential customer/supplier support.
- Performing other executive administrative duties as required.
About You:
You possess a minimum of 7 years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant, having supported multiple high-level executives in fast-paced environments. Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting one or more executives (general administrative experience within other roles is not applicable).
- Advanced proficiency in online software including Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other widely used productivity tools.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized with superior time management capabilities.
- A quick learner for new tools and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive, solution-driven approach.

Compensation:
The pay for this Executive Assistant position ranges from $27-$31 per hour, with starting pay adjusted by location. Specific full-time starting rates are:
- California & New York: $29 per hour
- Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour
- All other locations: $27 per hour
