About the Executive Assistant Role

Boldly Premium Executive Assistants is seeking a dynamic, caring, and exceptionally talented Executive Assistant to support Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, senior-level executives, and successful business owners. This part-time, remote position provides long-term assignments with rewarding partnerships and valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Arrange travel including flights and hotels
  • Manage correspondence including emails and calls
  • Manage expenses and support customer/supplier interactions
  • Provide additional executive administrative support as needed

About You

You have at least 7 years of senior administrative support experience and excel in a fast-paced, multi-executive environment. You are tech-savvy, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrive working independently under deadlines. You value flexibility and a respectful, transparent company culture.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years in executive administrative support
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution driven

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $27 to $31, based on location. Specific starting pay: California & New York at $29/hr, Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts at $28/hr, and all other locations at $27/hr.
