About the Executive Assistant Role
Boldly Premium Executive Assistants is seeking a dynamic, caring, and talented Executive Assistant to support Fortune 500 companies, not for profits, senior-level executives, and successful business owners. This role offers long term assignments, flexible remote work, and the choice of part-time or full-time hours with no night or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel
- Book flights and hotels and manage travel arrangements
- Maximize executives’ time by handling correspondence, drafting letters, and managing calls
- Manage multiple email inboxes and expenses
- Provide customer and supplier support
- Perform other executive administrative responsibilities as needed
About You
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and adept at multitasking while maintaining exceptional interpersonal and writing skills. A fully remote work environment with flexibility is a top priority, and you should have an up-to-date LinkedIn profile.
