Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will apply your professional skills to a wide array of tasks, including:
- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for executives.
- Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and complex travel arrangements.
- Making detailed travel bookings, including flights and hotel accommodations.
- Optimizing executive time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, analyzing information, and initiating calls.
- Efficiently managing multiple email inboxes.
- Handling and processing expenses.
- Providing essential customer and supplier support.
- Executing other executive administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting one or more executives.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- A quick learner, adept at adopting new productivity tools.

Compensation
The pay range for this full-time remote position is $27-$31 per hour, with specific starting rates varying by location:
- California & New York: $29 per hour
- Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour
- All other locations: $27 per hour
