About the Executive Administrative Assistant
Are you a dynamic, caring and ridiculously talented executive assistant? Boldly Premium Executive Assistants is seeking part-time professionals to support Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profits, senior-level executives, and successful business owners in making a greater impact. This role is 100% remote with flexible scheduling and no night or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Manage travel arrangements including flights and hotels.
- Draft letters, route correspondence, and analyze information.
- Manage multiple email inboxes and expenses.
- Provide customer and supplier support as needed.
About You
You have at least 7 years of experience in a senior administrative support role as an executive assistant. Your career priority is joining a fully remote company that emphasizes flexibility, respect, kindness, and transparency. You are proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, etc.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently under deadlines.

Compensation
The starting pay ranges according to location: California & New York at $29/hr, Washington, New Jersey, Colorado & Massachusetts at $28/hr, and all other locations at $27/hr.
