Boldly Premium Executive Assistants is seeking dynamic, caring, and talented Executive Administrative Assistants for multiple part-time and full-time remote roles across various industries including nonprofit, finance, venture capital, tech, and casual fine dining. About the Position

As a remote employee of Boldly, you will provide top-notch administrative support, playing a pivotal role in the success of the executives you assist. You'll have the flexibility to choose clients whose values align with your own, fostering rewarding, long-term partnerships and gaining diverse industry experience. This is a 100% remote position with flexible business hours and no night or weekend work required for full-time employees (40 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Make comprehensive travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
  • Maximize executive's time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, and collecting/analyzing information.
  • Initiate phone calls on behalf of executives.
  • Manage multiple executive email inboxes.
  • Oversee expense management.
  • Provide customer and supplier support.
  • Perform other executive administrative duties as needed.

You possess at least 7 years of experience in a senior administrative support role, specifically as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple high-level executives.
