About the Executive Administrative Assistant Role
As an Executive Administrative Assistant and employee of Boldly, you will provide pivotal, top-notch administrative support. You'll have the unique opportunity to choose clients based on company and organizational values and your personal preferences. These are long-term assignments designed for creating rewarding partnerships and gaining valuable experience across diverse industries. This full-time position requires 40 hours a week during business hours, with no night or weekend work.
Your professional skills as an Executive Administrative Assistant will be applied to a wide range of tasks, including:
- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- Making travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
- Maximizing executives' time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, collecting information, and initiating phone calls
- Managing multiple email inboxes for executives
- Managing expenses
- Providing customer/supplier support
- Other executive administrative responsibilities as needed
About You
You bring at least 7 years of direct experience serving in a senior administrative support position, specifically as an executive assistant to multiple high-level executives in fast-paced environments. Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant supporting one or more executives (general admin experience as part of another role will not qualify)
- Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools
- Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure

Compensation
The pay range for this full-time position is $27-$31 per hour, with specific starting rates based on location:
- California & New York: $29 per hour
- Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour
- All other locations: $27 per hour
