About The Role

As Head of Data & AI, you'll join our Technology Leadership Team and drive the strategic evolution of our data engineering and artificial intelligence capabilities. This senior leadership role requires shaping how data is leveraged to deliver exceptional value to our clients in the funds industry.

What You'll Drive

Team Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead and mentor the Data & AI team.
  • Drive innovation with machine learning models and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with senior technology leaders to define the roadmap.

Technical Excellence:

  • Architect scalable data pipelines and infrastructures using DataBricks and Azure.
  • Oversee data governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Support service transitions and technical upgrades.

Business Impact:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in investor relations, fund management, and automation.
  • Translate complex data challenges into strategic advantages.
  • Focus primarily on funds business applications.

What You Bring

Essential Experience: 7+ years in Data Engineering and AI roles with proven leadership, expertise in DataBricks, strong proficiency with Azure, and experience in data integration and compliance in regulated environments.

Technical Foundation: Solid foundation in DevOps, agile methodologies, and robust analytical problem solving.
