About the Role

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. Boing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking an UX Design Lead in Seattle, WA. This onsite position is key to leading UX design for the Management Solutions Portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX design process from concept to execution.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor product designers and advocate for user-centered design.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in UX design or development with strong portfolio.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience designing for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong understanding of user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience with Boeing Commercial Training Solutions.

This role is based in Seattle, WA and is an onsite position. Applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by export control regulations. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.
