Training and Authorisations Co-Ordinator (Apache)
Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited (BDUK), a subsidiary of the Boeing Company, seeks a Training and Authorisations Co-Ordinator to manage authorisation requests and deliver training for technical staff across multiple maintenance teams.
Principal Tasks:
- Coordinate authorisation requests per BDUK MRP Part-145 and Part M processes.
- Manage training administration, planning, and monthly inductions.
- Update and review training and authorisation records using Centrik.
- Deliver training compliant with published syllabi and develop training packages.
- Manage documentation reviews, process updates, and non-conformance actions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring and continuous professional development for instructors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using performance metrics.
- Ensure effective communication with applicants and licence holders.
Essential Training and Experience:
- Level 3 qualification or above in Aviation Maintenance or Aerospace/Defence Training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Centrik software systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong communication and flexibility.
Desirable:
- Defence Train the Trainer or Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
- Experience with Rotorcraft, MRP Part-145, and quality management.
