Role Overview

Boeing Global Services, Digital Solutions & Analytics (DS&A) is seeking a Technical Product Support Analyst at level 2 or 3 for 24x7x365 technical customer support. The role supports Boeing’s current and next generation Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, licensed software products, and Identity and Access Management services in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24x7x365 technical customer service via phone and email.
  • Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests.
  • Maintain troubleshooting guides and self-help resources.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and RCCA activities.
  • Draft and publish global communications regarding system changes and alerts.
  • Collaborate with cross functional and matrix teams for superior service.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Experience in troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving; excellent written and verbal communication; commitment to a 24x7x365 support environment with variable shifts.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher; familiarity with Toolbox Authoring and IT support; knowledge of project management and aviation industry practices.

Additional Information

This position is for 1st shift and is based out of either our Seattle, Washington or Englewood, Colorado offices. Applicants must meet export control requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15) and note that relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
