Overview

Our Technical Product Support Analyst role supports Boeing Global Services, Digital Solutions & Analytics (DS&A) by delivering 24x7x365 technical customer support for current and next-generation SaaS platforms and licensed software products in a hybrid cloud environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive 24x7x365 technical customer support via phone, email, and service requests.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot high, medium, and low priority issues.
  • Utilize troubleshooting guides and self-help resources for internal and external use.
  • Contribute to problem management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Draft and publish global communications on hardware/software changes and alerts.
  • Continuously learn new software, hardware, and IT support methods.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver superior customer service.

Basic Qualifications

  • Competency in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving for complex inquiries.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 technical support environment with variable shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • Experience with Toolbox Authoring, Toolbox Tasks, or related applications.
  • IT support background and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience within the aviation industry and understanding aviation training protocols.
