Systems Engineering Support Analyst

Overview

Boeing is looking for talented Systems Engineering Support Analysts to join its Defense, Space & Security team in Oklahoma City. You will work with diverse teams in the Bombers, Mobility & Surveillance, or Engineering Capability areas to research, analyze, and compile technical information, lead project execution, and assist with engineering initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Research and analyze technical and non-technical data on products and systems.
• Lead project execution and monitor performance metrics.
• Integrate technical, cost, risk, and value considerations into project definitions.
• Create proposals, process documentation, and meeting minutes.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and oversee risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project teams, management, customers, and suppliers.
• Assist in communication and implementation of engineering initiatives.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Basic: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years project management or leadership, data analysis experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in presenting to leadership or customers is required.

Preferred: 5+ years related work experience, systems/structures engineering principles, database tools, Earned Value Management, scheduling, AGILE, Scrum, and familiarity with engineering tools like DOORS and CATIA. Active security clearance is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a 100% onsite position in Oklahoma City, OK. Applicants must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and be a U.S. Person. Relocation assistance is available based on eligibility, and the position is for 1st shift.
