The Opportunity: Supply Chain Specialist at Boeing Global Services
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, PA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level and Associate Level Supply Chain Specialists.
Position Responsibilities
- Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by the team.
- Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues.
- Collaborates with buyers, shop focals, etc. for updates on supply source status.
- Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements.
- Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
- Works with and follows up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery.
- Monitors GRIEF system, PR Constraints, and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove roadblocks.
- Looks up and identifies export information for shippers.
- Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program.
- Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team – i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.
- Experience analyzing data and/or identifying functional and systems requirements with customers.

- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Education/Experience
Entry-Level (Level 1)
- Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.
Associate (Level 2)
- Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for entry level: $65,450 – $88,550
Summary pay range for associate level: $79,050 - $106,950
