Position Overview
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Base Management Specialist to support our Supplier Management Risk Commercial Compliance team. This role supports either our Seattle, WA or Everett, WA locations. The successful candidate will lead and manage special projects, drive cost-saving and improvement initiatives, and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the Top 21 Customer process for BGS Commercial Supplier Management
- Develop and manage special projects across BGS Commercial Supplier Management
- Identify risks, opportunities, and issues for executive review
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement of business processes and tools
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers, customers, and programs
- Analyze supplier and business processes to drive improvement opportunities
- Communicate performance plans, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10+ years of supply chain experience
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 10+ years of senior level communication experience
- 5+ years of data analysis experience
- Experience coordinating projects across global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- Experience with supplier management and procurement processes
- Proficiency in using metrics to ensure quality delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Additional Information
