The Opportunity

BDA is seeking a Senior Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist for the P-8A Poseidon Sustainment Program. In this role, you will support Assessment and Authorisation activities, evaluate system changes, perform systems risk management, collaborate on PoAM processes, and maintain key cyber documentation. You will also provide expert advice, drive cyber maturity, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Support ATO and ATC processes.
• Evaluate system changes for cybersecurity impact.
• Perform systems security risk management.
• Collaborate on PoAM for P-8A systems.
• Develop and maintain core cyber documentation (SAP, PoAM, SSP, SRMP).
• Provide cybersecurity advice to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Qualifications, certifications, or relevant experience in cybersecurity; familiarity with DSPF, ISM, ISO27001; experience in A&A processes and vulnerability management; and ability to hold and upgrade NV1 clearance. Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
