Role Overview

The Product Data Management Specialist role at Boeing supports two focus areas: Export Compliance & Integration and BOM Systems and Configuration Services. The position strengthens data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across the product lifecycle.

BOM Systems & Configuration Services

  • Manage E-BOM & ALBOM processes and documentation.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Lead process management activities and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for configuration control.
  • Provide engineering support for complex problem resolution.

Export Compliance & Integration

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations for Boeing Proprietary Information.
  • Manage sensitive RBPI data and related processes.
  • Coordinate pre-mediation and mediation meetings for RBPI issues.
  • Support process improvement and RBPI Quality reviews.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Associates’ Degree or equivalent work experience; experience resolving complex engineering problems.

Preferred Qualifications: 9+ years of experience, Agile methodology, digital enterprise engineering, and process improvement expertise.
