This Procurement Agent role is part of the Supply Chain Castings team at Boeing Commercial Airplanes located in Everett, WA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract extensions.
• Evaluate proposals, review and analyze contracts for compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procedures.
• Ensure adherence with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Level 3: 3+ years in a similar role and experience drafting contracts.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in strategy development and proposal creation.
• Specific background in Procurement and Contract Administration.
