About the Process Management Specialist Role

As a Process Management Specialist, you will work with our Digital Engineering PLM (DE-PLM) Organization at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. This role is based in Everett, Washington or Charleston, South Carolina and is 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, document, and negotiate product requirements for certification, configuration, data management, and engineering processes.
- Develop and implement plans ensuring products meet technical, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Maintain configuration control and track/report compliance data.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to established requirements.
- Support process improvements and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, configuration management, or a related discipline. Experience with product data management and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field along with 3+ years in an aerospace-related role. Experience with digital engineering tools, project management skills, and excellent analytical abilities are preferred.
